Boulder Face #3: 2nd Mount Apo Boulder Face Challenge

The Municipal Government of Sta. Cruz, in coordination with the Department of Tourism XI; Municipal Council for Tourism, Culture and the Arts and Mountaineering Federation of Southern Mindanao invite everyone to the 2nd Mount Apo Boulder Face Challenge on April 29-30, 2009 at Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur, Philippines.

It is a 24-hour extreme adventure race from Sta. Cruz beach lines to the skyline of Mount Apo’s boulder face through disciplines of mountain biking, road running, trekking, water tubing, tree planting and mind twister.

A 3-man team composed of 1 male, 1 female and a logistic crew shall register to the organizers on or before April 25, 2009 with a registration fee of PhP 2,500.00 per team. Participants should be 18 years old and above and should be physically fit to join the competition. Late registrations will no longer be accommodated. Prizes at stake of the event are as follows:
Champion : PhP 60,000.00
First Runner Up : PhP 40,000.00
Second Runner Up : PhP 25,000.00
Top Three Finishers : PhP 5,000.00 each
